No outside food or drink.

NO REFUNDS.  Tickets are transferable.

NO weapons, pets, umbrellas, professional cameras (detached lenses), drones.

 

Day of Event Concert Tickets: Purchased at Main Entrance ONLY. $5 increase.

 

Low profile chairs in the GA area only.  No Chair Bags.

Please don’t set a chair with the intention of moving to a different area.

(Low profile:  9 inches from the ground and no higher than 32 inches for the back.)

 

Reserved Bleacher Seating. NO rigid metal-framed stadium chairs are permitted.

Guests are highly encouraged to bring soft seat cushions or foam pads (maximum 18" width).

No Smoking in the main concert area.

Designated smoking will be at any restroom area.

 

Concert Bag requirements: All bags subject to search. No backpacks.

Small clutch: 4.5 inches by 6.5 inches (iphone carrier)

Clear bag: 12 x 6 x 12 or gallon zip lock bag

Entering the concert:

VIP Entrance: VIP PIT and Reserved Seating Tickets only will be able to enter.

Main Entrance:  Everyone can enter. GA and VIP.

Tickets will be sold the day of the concert at the main entrance only. $5 increase.

 

Drink Tickets: Cash Only.

Must have a wristband for 21+ designation to purchase alcohol tickets.

Wristbands will be secured when you enter the concert at either Main or VIP entrance.

Drink tickets sold near both bars at GA and VIP area.

Must have tickets to buy alcohol, water, or soda at the bar.

 

Ticket Upgrades: 

You can upgrade your ticket at the main gate only.  No upgrade at VIP Entrance.

Parking and Transportation:

VIP Parking: Limited.  Only available online.  .  

GA Parking:   Buy online for easy entry. 

Day of concert: GA Only: Saving Abel $10. Blues Traveler $20 per car.

Bus Transportation: Free bus transportation is available from downtown.

Atrium Hotel (201 S 3rd St)  to the VIP Parking area at the venue. Easy walk to the main entrance if a GA ticket holder. Buses will run from 4:45 PM until 10:15 PM.  It will run a continuous loop.

Food Trucks will be onsite during concert hours.
