FREQUENTY ASKED QUESTIONS

See below for a list of FAQ's. This is not an exhaustive list, and we are adding more all the time. So check back before you come out to ensure you have the most up-to-date information. 

  • WHAT IS YOUR BAG POLICY?
    Permitted: Purses, Fanny Pack, or Clutch - not to exceed 12" x 6" x 12" AND ARE CLEAR BAGS. Not Permitted: Any Bag, Fanny Pack, or Clutch that exceeds 12" x 6" x 12" OR IS NOT A CLEAR BAG. Exceptions will be made for diaper bags, and or medical needs.
  • WHAT ITEMS ARE NOT ALLOWED (PROHIBITED) AT THE GEM CITY CONCERT SERIES?
    Prohibited items include but are not limited to: Any bag, fanny pack, or clutch that exceeds 12" x 6" x 12" or is not in a clear bag Aerosol cans Aluminum cans, bottles, thermoses, water bottles, drinks or beverages Coolers of any kind Animals (service dogs are allowed) Artificial noisemakers Backpacks Bicycles & skateboards Camera bags Binocular cases Chair bags (chairs are allowed, just not in the bag) Fireworks Illegal drugs Luggage Objects that can be used as a projectile Outside food or drink Weapons
  • ARE CHAIRS ALLOWED?
    Chairs (removed from the bag) are allowed in designated areas of the general admission section ONLY.
  • WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?
    This is a rain-or-shine event. We may get a little wet, but we are going to have a great time! See you there!
  • CAN I BRING MY PET?
    No pets (except service animals) are allowed at the event.
  • WHERE CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS?
    Tickets for both weekends are sold online through our ticketing partner (Etix). You can access them by clicking any of the "Get Tickets" links on this website or by heading directly there from the links listed below. We also sell tickets at On The Rail Sports Bar in Quincy, IL. None of the sales are available in person (i.e., Military Discounts, BOGO, etc...); those must be purchased online. Premier Parking is also only available online.   • I LOST MY TICKET THAT I PURCHASED ONLINE; HOW CAN I GET ANOTHER ONE?
    If you ordered your ticket off our website (via Etix), please get in touch with 1-800-514-ETIX for further help or visit https://support.etix.com/ to request it to be resent. Physical tickets purchased at On The Rail cannot be replaced.   • WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH VIP PIT TICKETS?
    The VIP Pit is the section closest to the stage. This section includes access to general admission, and also has separate restrooms and bars.   • WHAT IS PREMIER PARKING?
    Premier Parking is the lot to the north of the venue. This is the closest parking to the show. There will be a separate entrance for those who are parked here, which is the nearest entrance to the stage. The capacity of this lot is extremely limited and will sell out. These tickets are only available online and are only being sold in advance. These tickets are sold per night and are sold separately from all concert tickets.   • ARE CHILDREN REQUIRED TO PURCHASE A TICKET?
    Kids under 6 are free. Everyone else requires a ticket for entry.
  • CAN I GET A REFUND ON MY TICKET?
    We do not offer refunds on any tickets.
